Calgary Family Services offers this fun and empowering workshop designed for young girls (11-13 and 14-16 yrs). Participants build confidence by creating goals and celebrating past successes, and learn new ways to express feelings through music and art.

This group is offered at a cost of $10 per person. If you find the fee challenging please call to discuss other options.
