Facilitating Skills for enhancing self-esteem
This four-day seminar is open to qualified professionals, particularly counsellors, psychologists and social workers who work with individuals seeking help in the areas of self-esteem and empowerment. Participants will learn key concepts of self-esteem and self-awareness and the basic components of the Holistic Model of Self-Esteem.
Presentation skills and an understanding of group dynamics will also be taught to optimize delivery of a seminar. Participants will also create a personalized version of the materials and program knowledge, and give a tailored Nurture Yourself presentation while receiving feedback.
