Calgary Family Services provides outreach to vulnerable older adults and their families who live in North, West and Central Calgary. Outreach workers provide information and connect people to services and resources that they need to remain active and engaged in their community.
The Calgary Family Services Outreach Program's purpose is to enhance the quality of life of older adults 65 and over in their homes and neighbourhoods. The Outreach team will help you or your loved ones connect with services and supports in your community including:
Eligibility and intake
Calgarians over the age of 65 are eligible for Outreach services. You can meet with an Outreach Worker in your home, at our office, or at a community location. To make an appointment or for more information please call:

Cost
Due to generous support from the City of Calgary's Family and Community Support Services (FCSS) this program is available at no cost.
