AdultS & Family Counselling

The decision to enter counselling is a personal one. Counselling offers a place to explore what is currently happening in your life, learn more about yourself, identify past and current successes in dealing with life's challenges, and assist you in identifying and utilizing new knowledge and skills.

The counsellor will work with you, your partner, and your family to identify challenges and concerns, strengths and resources, and your counselling goals.

Families, couples, and those individuals who are actively parenting come to counselling for a variety of reasons. These may include such issues as:

  • relationship and family challenges
  • anxiety
  • depression
  • coping with change and loss
  • dealing with trauma experienced in the past

  • Our Counselling Team provides counselling for children, youth and family systems (adults or couples who are actively parenting at least one child under the age of 24) in Calgary regardless of age, cultural background, race, sexual orientation, or faith. Counselling is available in English, French, Spanish, Vietnamese, Polish, Mandarin and Cantonese.

Fees are payable each session by cash, cheque, Visa or MasterCard. If you meet with your counsellor at our downtown office, you will also be able to pay with Debit.
