Making Anger Work for You
The goal of this 10-week workshop is to help participants challenge their negative thought processes and learn appropriate ways to express their feelings.
Often anger is a front for other feelings like sadness, frustration, loneliness or powerlessness. By becoming aware of the underlying emotion, participants can learn to change how they view and describe events.

Your Investment:
This group is offered on a sliding scale. During registration, you can choose to pay the full amount ($100), or you can apply for a subsidy. If you choose to apply for a subsidy, your rate will be assessed during screening.
Screening:
Once we receive your registration, you will get a follow-up phone call from our Client Services Coordinator to make sure that this course will be a good fit for you, and discuss the course fee. If this course will not be a good fit for you, we will give you back any payments you have made.
