"Bundled and Ready" is designed to help participants learn tools to empower themselves and their child, including an understanding of infant brain development.
The key to a happy, healthy life is finding balance. However, achieving and maintaining a balance between responsibilities and personal needs can be challenging. This workshop is designed to help participants explore personal growth and develop a stronger sense of self.
The goal of this 10-week workshop is to help participants challenge their negative thought processes and learn appropriate ways to express their feelings.
Making Room: Hoarding Support Group

bi-weekly drop-in support group for people who hoard or collect excessively.
These are 8-week groups for all ages with the purpose of promoting cultural understanding through music.
