This information seminar is for those experiencing symptoms typically associated with depression. The presentation will focus on understanding the signs and symptoms of depression, and learning how medical interventions and managing emotions, thoughts and our bodies can help pave the road to wellness.
Wednesdays: March 7 to 28, 2012
The purpose of these seminars is to highlight research and new ideas to improve couples' intimate communications. This group is for couples over the age of 18.
